I am a fitness enthusiast, and I am constantly looking for ways to be healthier, especially since I struggle with Hashimoto’s. But most importantly, I have a heart for people. I have struggled with challenges in life, whether it be my faith, my home and family, or my health and fitness. However, I have learned so much along the way, and I want to share my experiences with you.
