As a fitness enthusiast, I am constantly looking for ways to be healthier, especially since I struggle with Hashimoto’s. This autoimmune condition has made my journey towards health and fitness more complex, but it has also fueled my passion for finding sustainable and effective wellness practices. Most importantly, I have a heart for people.
